A bit about Derryn
If you could bundle up all the crazy, bubbly, hilarious energy into a human form you would find Dee!
Dee first started dancing in her hometown of Townsville and has since taught at multiple studios and is an absolute wealth of information and knowledge – She is our resident powerhouse who has been teaching pole for over 6 years now!
You will often find her up over 6 feet in some crazy bendy trick or on the ground dancing in her signature lyrical style.
When asked what her favourite part of instructing was, Dee just laughed and said “It’s hard to pick one thing, as it’s my absolute everything. I would have to say though my favourite part is seeing the potential in someone who can’t see it within themselves, then watching them dedicate themselves to something like pole (which they haven’t done before) and seeing them excell emotionally and physically beyond these barriers.”

A bit about Bee
Bianca is the resident Pole Mumma and the Highett studio owner.
She is well known for her nurturing can-do attitude… but don’t let that fool you… this gal is the queen of conditioning and absolutely loves the strength aspect of pole so get ready to work HARD!
After going through major organ transplant surgery in 2014 Bianca’s gal pals tried to ease her back into gentle exercise through visiting a yoga studio… little did they know this yoga studio had a pole room attached to it and from there it was love at first sight! (So much for gentle exercise!)
Starting as a student at The Pole Room Bianca progressed through her training and from there she begged her mentor, friend and founder of The Pole Room to let her teach – it has been a roller coaster of a journey but 3 years on she is the very first Pole Room franchisee. What a life!
Bee can’t wait to host you in her studio and her classes and absolutely LOVES to teach beginners! Get ready for a FUN TIME!
Music I’m Loving Now
I’ve always been a mixed bag and when it comes to music I love a bit of everything. One song that always gets me on the dance floor is Tambourine by Eve! In class you’ll hear anything from Sia to Nicki, and when I freestyle I seem to lose track of what I’m listening to and just drift away, next minute I check the time and 2 hours have passed!

- Bringing the students together as a community and watching new relationships blossom

- With my dogs soaking in every spare minute I can spend with them!
