Hello Rowville Tribe!

We are thrilled to officially announce the next chapter for our Rowville location with Franchisee Jess.If you’ve crossed paths with Jess, you already know she brings unmatched energy, organisation and heart to every studio she touches.

From starting as a dedicated student, then instructor rising to Head Instructor, and growing the Narre Warren studio into a thriving community. Her passion for people, commitment to growth and her ability to foster supporting, empowering studio culture make her the perfect fit to guide Rowville into this exciting new era.

Below is everything you need to know — key dates, timeline, FAQs, and how the transition will work.

Timetabling
Our goal is to keep the feel of the current 5D Studios timetable while adding The Pole Room’s fun mix of dance, flex, and conditioning classes. We’re working closely with the 5D team to understand the most popular classes, courses, and time slots to make sure your favourites stay right where you want them.

Aerials Classes: The diverse range of Aerials currently offered includes silks, hoop, trapeze and hammocks. All these offerings will remain on the upcoming The Pole Room Rowville Timetable. Fun fact – we run aerials across our Highett, Mitcham and Narre Warren studios too!

The full timetable will be released a few weeks before reopening. You’ll find it on The Pole Room mobile app once it’s live.

Grading
In order to transition across to The Pole Room’s course curriculum we request all students to complete the online self grading form or attend one of the in person grading sessions. Grading is a way we can safely place you in the best level based on your current experience. Self grading + in person grading options will be released soon – stay tuned for all the updates on this.

Membership Pricing
We will be offering a special foundation membership exclusively for current 5D Rowville students before reopening.
Memberships include unlimited practice sessions and retail discounts.

Please note: All existing 5D passes, make-up sessions & gift vouchers will need to be used by January 1st. Due to the ownership changes, we will be unable to carry them across.

We also want to recognise Cassie, whose dedication and love for the 5D community have built the foundation that now allows this next chapter to flourish. She has poured her heart into creating a welcoming, uplifting space, and we are incredibly grateful for the passion and care she has shown her students over the years. Her work has shaped a studio culture that will continue to grow, evolve and inspire into the future.

Aerials SHINE Competition is back for 2025!

Aerials students, the moment you’ve been waiting for is finally here – Aerials SHINE 2025 Competition back, bigger and better than ever. This isn’t just any event; it’s our annual in-studio competition to showcase your talent, hard work, and passion on stage. Aerials SHINE is your opportunity to step into the spotlight, dazzle the judges, and show everyone what you’ve got. It’s a celebration of the incredible skill and dedication within our TPR community, and your chance to be a part of something truly spectacular.

Your Road to Aerials SHINE 2025 Competition: Key Dates

Applications Now Open!

It all starts here! Applications for Aerials SHINE 2025 from Wednesday 11 December. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced student, in hoops, silks or trapeze – this is your chance to register your interest. Enter your details, including your current level and chosen apparatus on this form.
Note: Only students with an active membership are able to apply.

Applications Close: Sunday 5 January, 2025

Don’t miss the deadline! Submit your application by Sunday 5 January to get in your expression of interest. There is no cost to apply. No Heats/Auditions will occur for this event; however students may be required to submit a short video of their routine and/or skills to determine that their chosen level is appropriate for the competition. Entries will be considered on a first come, first served basis.

Finalists Announced: Friday 10 January, 2025

The big reveal! On Friday 10 January, we’ll announce who’s moving on to the finals. If you make the cut, get ready to show the judges why you deserve to compete in Aerials SHINE 2025.
Note: Total divisions offered and split of division levels will be determined based on the number or entries.

Tickets On Sale: Monday 13 January, 2025

Don’t let your friends and family miss out! Tickets go on sale on Monday 13 January and always sell out fast. Ticket and venue pricing information will be released shortly.

Showtime: Saturday 8 February, 2025

Finals Day! On Saturday 8 February all your hard work culminates in an epic night of performances. It’s the biggest event of the year for our aerials program on The Pole Room Calendar – get ready to shine stage.

Final Notes
Definition of beginner/open will be determined based on number of entries and current level of TPR students at time of expression of interest. Video submission prior to finals may be required to demonstrate that students are entering the correct level. All Aerials SHINE 2025 applicants must hold a current TPR membership from time of form submission to competition date. Rules and Competition Guidelines will be released in the The TPR Tribe Facebook Group closer to the time, and tricks should only be performed from the current level and TPR syllabus. Students may be asked to move from the Beginner to Open Category at the discretion of TPR.

Hello Narre Tribe!
We are so excited to be opening the doors of our Narre Warren location with our new Franchisee Jess.

Jess has been a huge part of our Kilsyth studio since starting as a student and working her way up to become the studio’s Head Instructor. She has the skills and attitude to lead the studio forward and we’re confident that she will carry on the amazing community spirit at Aerial Fit – known throughout the pole community.

Please have a read through the below FAQ to answer the main questions, provide a timeline overview and contact information for any further questions you may have.

Timetabling
We will aim to create a timetable similar to the current Aerial Fit schedule, with the addition of our fun variety of casual dance, flex and conditioning classes. We are gaining great insights from the Aerial Fit team on the popularity of different courses, classes and time slots.

Youth & Teen Classes: Youth (7 – 12) and Teen (13 – 17) classes will remain on the upcoming TPR Narre Warren timetable – we are aiming for similar times and corresponding levels.
Aerials Classes: The diverse range of Aerials currently offered includes silks, hoop, trapeze and hammocks. All these offerings will remain on the upcoming The Pole Room Narre Warren Timetable. Did you know – we also offer Hoop and Silks across our Highett and Mitcham studios?
