SERVICES REFUND POLICY
All sales are final and NO REFUNDS are offered for courses, classes, workshops, privates and functions.
  • If you are no longer able to attend due to injury or sickness, we will credit you those classes on your account for upto 12 months, however a doctors certificate must be provided.
  • If there are any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from continuing at The Pole Room, we do allow for services to be transferred to friends or family.
  • Multi passes are not refundable and must be used with 12 months of sale.
  • If you wish to suspend your membership, we require at least 2 weeks notice. You can still use your classes and any that are credited onto your account in this period.
  • If you wish to cancel your membership there is a 28 day cancelation period. You can still use your classes and any that are credited onto your account in this period.
  • You cannot withdraw from a booked service with less than 24 hours notice and your service will be forfeited. This includes messaging the FB page or via email, so please stay organised.

STORE POLICY

RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept returns that are unworn, unwashed, fragrance/smoke-free condition with the original tags attached for exchange or store credit only. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable. All postage costs incurred in the return are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

For Domestic orders, all returns must be received within 30 days of postmarked.

For International orders, You must return your items to the address above within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. Unfortunately we cannot give you store credit on duties, taxes or shipping charges.

For in store purchases, all returns must be received within 30 days of purchase

For online orders and return to store location, all returns must be received within 30 days of the date of receipt. You must include your receipt slip.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable and credit will not be issued for the following:
All accessories, jewelry & beauty products
All sale items
Washed apparel, Lingerie

RETURNS, PROCESSING
Store/Exchange credits are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the package. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed.
Your credit information will be available in your account. If you have not created an account, one will be created for you and that information will be sent to your email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
For Domestic Australian exchanges orders, we will send you your new exchange order with complimentary standard shipping. Only orders with standard shipping are eligible.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return package as The Pole Room is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and highly recommend you include a tracking number.
