My names Nic and I've been hanging around Kilsyth studio since the beginning (2016). I started pole over a decade ago and was a late bloomer starting out in my mid thirties. I remember my first lesson like yesterday, 50mm static stainless steel pole and me, fully dressed in track pants and a big baggy t-shirt. Needless to say that didn't last long. Things have changed over the years (thank god for 40mm brass spin poles) but my love of pole has remained the same. I've learned so much, gained so much. Gone from zero dance skills, unable to touch my toes to competing in student and state competitions and I can now reach well beyond my toes
