Elyshia is known for her vibrant personality, often referred to as the “loud one” by her family and friends—she simply doesn’t have an inside voice! When she’s not instructing in the studio, she works as an IT helpdesk professional, but her real passion lies in pole arts. Her journey into pole began when a friend suggested they try it together. After a week of researching and eagerly planning, her friend backed out—but by then, she was determined to give it a go on her own. That solo step turned into a full-blown passion, and she hasn’t looked back since. As an instructor, she thrives on seeing her students achieve their goals and witnessing the pure joy on their faces when they master a challenging move. For her, those moments are the most fulfilling part of teaching. In addition to holding a Bachelor’s degree in Animal and Veterinary Biosciences, she is also certified in fitness, having completed Cert III & IV. This blend of academic knowledge and practical fitness expertise helps her offer a well-rounded, safe, and effective approach to instruction. She has showcased her talents in numerous performances and competitions, including Hardcore, VPC, MXPDV, Sexy’s Back, Pole Candy, Pole Art, Podium Goddess Glow, Pole Theatre, Debut, PCS, and Vortex. Since beginning her teaching journey in 2022, she has quickly become a dedicated and motivating figure in the pole community. Looking to the future, her goals include competing in both the APC and MPDA. With her infectious enthusiasm and commitment to her students, she’s excited to continue inspiring others in their pole journeys.
