Pole Dancing Classes Near Me: All 7 Melbourne Studios

Empty pole dance studio with chrome poles and LED lighting at The Pole Room Melbourne.

The Pole Room runs pole and aerial classes at seven studios across Melbourne: Melbourne CBD, Mitcham, Kilsyth, Highett, Narre Warren, Eltham and Rowville. Wherever you’re calling home, there’s a real, welcoming studio close by.

Looking for a studio that’s actually close enough to become part of your week? That’s exactly what this guide is here for. The Pole Room isn’t one studio trying to cover the whole of Melbourne, it’s seven real studios, each with its own instructors, its own regulars and its own local flavour. Below you’ll find exactly where each one is, what you can train in there, and who tends to feel most at home, so you can pick yours and get started.

Melbourne CBD

2/333 Flinders Lane, Melbourne, VIC 3000

Tucked into Flinders Lane, a five minute walk from Flinders Street Station. This is a Pole Program studio (pole only, no aerial here), and it’s the one to choose if you work in the city, live in the inner suburbs, or just love the idea of ducking into class before or after your day. It’s also one of our three sister studios, so your classes here give you access to Mitcham and Kilsyth too, for twice the class options on the one membership.

Mitcham

2E Cochrane Street, Mitcham, VIC 3132

Just off Whitehorse Road, covering Melbourne’s east. Mitcham runs our full pole and aerial programs (pole, lyra and silks), so it’s the studio for anyone in the eastern suburbs who wants to build a whole toolkit, not just pole tricks. It’s also one of our three sister studios, so your membership carries over to Kilsyth and Melbourne CBD too.

Kilsyth

10/1-3 Southfork Drive, Kilsyth South

Sitting in Melbourne’s outer east and drawing students from Bayswater, Mooroolbark, Lilydale and the surrounding eastern suburbs. Kilsyth is purpose built around pole, taking you from your very first class through to advanced (no aerial here). Like Mitcham and Melbourne CBD, it’s one of our sister studios, so you can train across all three on the one membership.

Highett

1/5 Graham Rd, Highett VIC 3192

A short trip from Southland and Highett Station, covering Melbourne’s bayside south-east. Highett runs our full pole and aerial programs (pole, lyra and silks), taught by a team who are just as qualified in the air as they are on the pole.

Narre Warren

Unit 11, 5-7 Vesper Drive, Narre Warren

Right near Fountain Gate in the City of Casey, covering Melbourne’s south-east. Narre Warren runs our full pole and aerial programs (pole, lyra and silks), so whether the pole or the air calls to you first, you’ll find your people here.

Eltham

2/38 Bridge Street, Eltham VIC 3095

Across the road from Bunnings, covering Melbourne’s leafy north-east. Eltham runs our full pole and aerial programs (pole, lyra and silks), in a studio that feels like a second home to its regulars from Greensborough, Montmorency, Diamond Creek and beyond.

Rowville

5 Kelletts Road, Rowville

The newest addition to The Pole Room family. Rowville spent years as 5D Studios before relaunching under the TPR banner in February 2026, close to Stud Park and the Dandenong foothills, covering Melbourne’s south-east. It runs our full pole and aerial programs (pole, lyra and silks), in a studio built for anyone in the south-eastern suburbs looking for a home base.

Not Sure Which Studio Is Yours?

Which Pole Room studio is closest to me?

Match your suburb to the list above. Melbourne CBD covers the inner city, Mitcham the eastern suburbs, Kilsyth the outer east, Highett the bayside south-east, Narre Warren and Rowville the south-east, and Eltham the leafy north-east.

Can I train at more than one studio?

If you’re at Melbourne CBD, Mitcham or Kilsyth, yes! These three are our sister studios, so your membership works across all three for twice the class options. Highett, Narre Warren, Eltham and Rowville each run their own standalone program.

Do all seven studios run the same classes?

Every studio runs our Pole Program. Five of them, Mitcham, Highett, Narre Warren, Eltham and Rowville, also run our full pole and aerial programs in lyra and silks. Melbourne CBD and Kilsyth are pole only, so check your closest studio’s page for its exact timetable.

I’ve never done this before, where do I start?

Every studio runs a beginner friendly intro offer, so there’s no wrong studio to start at. Pick whichever one is closest to you, and the team there will get you into a real beginner class this week.

Your Studio Is Waiting

Wherever you are in Melbourne, there’s a Pole Room studio that’s ready to feel like home. Pick the one closest to you above, or get started now and we’ll match you to the right studio and class for you.
